Marshall J. Soss
CEO
Marshall Soss is the Founder and CEO of KarMar Realty Group, Inc. He has more than 40 years of commercial and investment real estate experience in all aspects of the business including sales, leasing, joint ventures, equities, development, asset management, and consulting. His broad knowledge and local, regional, and national reputation of providing service built on integrity, professionalism, and expertise has helped his clients realize their desired results. Marshall is a Veteran of the United States Army.

Justin M. Soss
President & COO
Since joining KarMar Realty Group, Inc. in 2002, Justin has a broad range of experience representing clients in the sale and leasing of commercial and investment real estate. He focuses on understanding his customers so he is able to design and execute creative solutions that can suit their real estate needs. He is an associate broker in Pennsylvania and a licensed sales agent in Delaware. Justin graduated from Penn State University with a BA in speech communications.
